Found an interesting non-big-brand-name of Coffee shop to hang in? Own or run one? Know what a Cafe Bombon is, or have a different name for it? This is the Topic for you.
Do you have a Favourite Shop to buy your coffee in?
I like the Rokpa Tibetan TeaShop in Dundee, though I go there more for the tea & Tai Chi. But it's a great "hidden" place to visit, and also Fair Trade.
Dundee is also home to the "Legendary" J Allan Braithwaite ,which can be found at 6 Castle Street, Dundee, Angus, DD1 3AF. It's almost like traveling back in time when you visit that shop.
I tend to find nice coffee in supermarkets easy enough, as long as I stick to Fair Trade.
However, there's a lovely little independent coffee shop in town, called Utopia, which sells the big bottles of flavoured syrups. Bit pricey, but such a good range. One day, I shall have a better selection...
I actually don't drink coffee. I get my caffeine from Diet Pepsi Max, but I always wanted to go to The Coffee Table Cafe, it's where a certain scene from the movie May was shot. Jaye gave it a great plug on the commentary for the movie saying it had great sandwiches.
